Whether you are a plumber, an electrician or a builder you have probably done more quotes than you care to think of. Thankfully Xero has recently introduced a new feature that makes the quoting process, from initial quote to invoice, quick and easy.
Accessed through the Sales dashboard; the Quotes module will allow you to view, generate and send quotes with ease. It includes a summary of your current quote status so you can see their progress, including draft, sent, accepted and expired. This makes it easy to keep track of your quotes, follow up on ones that have been sent but not accepted, and generally keeps your business moving. Best of all, once a quote has been accepted it only takes a few clicks of the button to turn that quote into an invoice ready to be paid.
